“Failure is the condiment that gives success its flavour.” ~ Truman Capote

“It should take you exactly four seconds to cross from here to that door. I’ll give you two.”
A woman after my own heart. Patience levels are few and far between.
Half-ten?! Half-ten?! I've never been up at half-ten! What happens?

Tonight I’m off to a 21st, ANOTHER ONE! I know.. I’m 24, how am I still going to them?! I guess that’s what happens when you start Uni late and have a group of friends who therefore have a huge age range. I’m not complaining, it’s at a club in the city – will be a fantastic night, it just makes me feel seriously old!
I’m heading out shopping with Kate this afternoon for shoes to go with my new dress for this evenings soiree. She’s after a new dress because she tells me she’s on the “prowl” tonight. Beware men of Auckland!
I just mowed the lawn, so am feeling good that I have done some exercise and achieved something today. Next on the agenda, before shopping, is starting my essay. It’s not due for three weeks, but I need to start it because things always seem to catch up with me and bite me on the bum.
Last night I went over to see Sarina and we watched Black Books, an English TV series. It was damn funny! We only got through the first season, so I am going to have to borrow season two and three from her. Girls nights with popcorn, chocolate and DIET sprite (aren’t we good? it totally counteracts the chocolate!) and laughs are fantastic.
Well enough procrastination for me… it’s essay time! I’m still deciding on whether to take my camera to the ‘do tonight, it’s just that it’s so big. It wont fit in my clutch, however it does take fantastic photos. I’ll just have to get one of the guys to carry it, solved!
