Summer exercise schedule

So my life advisor, Iain, told me I must plan my exercise hours per week rather than just fitting them in when I have time – because as his proven point – I will always find something more exciting to do to fill that time. So very true for most of us I’m sure. As follows: woman-running

Monday – netball (time varies between 6-9pm), and a half hour walk
Tuesday – 5.30-6.30pm run/walk
Wednesday – tennis (fortnightly), on opposite weeks 5.30-6.30pm run/walk
Thursday – 5.30-6.30pm run/walk
Friday – day off
Saturday – 10-11am run/walk
Sunday – day off

Last night, Wednesday, check! Done. My goal is to run the whole block by Christmas. Last night I ran about a third, if I manage to run the whole block before Christmas I shall just increase the length. I’m thinking very big here. But I definitely think it’s possible. I’m back on my goal of being 65kg by Christmas, I’m 8kg away. Bring on a toned summer body! I have to say, this morning I feel fantastic and I’m actually looking forward to tonight’s run!

a bit hard though when I get home every night after dark… have been trying to get up early for exercise but god it’s hard after a holiday and during this cold snap…
