
Quinoa salad that I made to take to my sister’s house for dinner last night. You can find the recipe here. I made double the amount so I could eat it for lunch a few times this week. I’m on a serious health-kick now. The last two weeks have been shocking, and I don’t even have a good excuse as to why! But last week I ate out three nights out of seven, not good for the body or the budget. This week will be Nana week, but we will glam it up by calling it “soul, body & mind week”.





Haha sounds good to me! I’ve decided now is the time to get serious. I need to get in some damage control!! I’ve been really bad the last…year?
I am hoping to lose a couple of kilos at least – I only have two weeks before I go to Thailand!!! I need to lose 5 but two or three would make me happy – sure I’d probably be a bit bad on holiday and then Christmas would be mean to me, but I figure some earlier damage control can’t hurt!!
