Yesterday was a rainy Sunday, so I thought what a perfect day to go see the latest film in the “Twilight saga”, New Moon. I was wrong. The cinema was packed! People talked through it, giggled at the nakedness, moaned at the hot, naked men and ate their cinema snacks as loud as bloody possible!
Whatsmore, if you’ve read the books the film was pretty average. Sure,
Jacob was sex-on-legs. But the rest was pretty lame and they missed heaps from the book!
Disappointing. I don’t think I’ll hold much hope for the next two films.
Today is a stunner here in Auckland, unfortunately I’m at work and not out enjoying it, but I’m in serious need of money for my trip away. I’m also in need of a pair of hot, red heels to go with my new black dress for Saturday night’s girls night. Because red and black look so good together! But if I don’t curb this spending I’m pretty sure I’ll be working the streets of Bangkok just to feed myself! Oh life can be so hard sometimes!

Oooh pretty new page – very cool! I’m so not into Twi-stuff, think being a trainee teacher and getting an overdose of it in student reading logs put me right off… Feel for you on the money front. About to become a Christmas Casual which means that I only get to spend Thurs and Sat nights with SB this week (not counting crawling into bed next to him late at night) but it’s so going to be worth it moneywise.

Oh like the new layout too. I’m going to go see it this week. I think the best thing is to not hope too much from the movies… red heels are great – definately should get some, shoewarehouse are always pocket friendly…
Make it 3 who like the new layout! And I’m going to see New Moon tomorrow, but based on what I’ve heard, I should lower my expectations. That way I might actually enjoy it.

I’m so disappointed…! I’d avoided Twilight completely until about two weeks ago when I gave in and watched the first movie that my roommate had hired. I thought the acting was average, but was still really excited to see the next movie. Then again: I haven’t read the books so maybe I’ll like it.
I hope your stunning day is better than our 41 degree Sunday – it was disgusting.
Well..: at least you’ve learnt some phrases to help you truly effectively work the streets to their full potential!
41*!!!! FECK
I don’t think it ever gets that hot in Auckland!! haha, so jealous!
haha yes, your phrases could definitely come in handy
Just someone passing by to say..
Team Jacob!
